 FAQs

  • Once you contact us, we ask you some questions and offer to meet you and your child for an assessment consultation which is carried out by Hannah, our qualified and experienced headteacher. This enables her to acquire detailed information regarding your child’s exact needs, challenges and goals.

Next, she will recommend a bespoke programme/package and, with your agreement, Hannah will then proceed with rigorous ‘teacher matching’ within her team. She will pair your child with the teacher she knows suits your child’s personality and achievement needs.

Lessons will be typically delivered on a regular, agreed schedule in order to ensure routine; trust in the learning process and progress.

Hannah will track your child’s progress on a regular basis through feedback, reports and ongoing communication.
